The Revival – Note from author

Fresh marketing idea was born as a small blog during my B-school time along with my friend ( now with TCS). The world of marketing, brands, and advertising has always fascinated me and my summer internship at JWT had convinced me that this is what I was going to do in my life. Unfortunately, the college we studied was known for its excellence in Finance and hence all the companies it attracted during placements were usually the same.

We are surrounded by brands everywhere – so we started posting these ideas we would have on this blog. The blog landed us a couple of small gigs as consultants ( considering we had zero experience) and also helped me land my first job in a digital agency. During all that time I kind of gave up this blog ( why should I post my ideas for free now that I am in the business of selling ideas to brands right?)

Till these lines by Paul Arden changed everything and brought me back to this. So here I am, continuing what had started some 8 years ago and abandoned 4 years ago. Hope to learn and share during every moment of this journey with you all.
